United Artists reaches deal with striking writers (Reuters) - Reuters - United Artists, the film company backed by actor Tom Cruise and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc, said on Monday it has reached a deal enabling striking Hollywood screenwriters to work on the company's films.
