Charlie Wilson's war cast (AP) - AP - The movie "Charlie Wilson's War," opens Dec. 21 and stars Tom Hanks as the scandal-prone Wilson, a Democratic congressman from Texas. Julia Roberts also gets top billing as Joanne Herring, the Houston socialite who emboldened Wilson to stuff the CIA's classified budget with huge amounts of money for the Afghan fighters.
